They answered their phone quickly and amicably, were able to fit me in for a drop off for an oil change the same day, delivered on that, signed me up for coupons on my way out, and I even found a thank-you note with a bag of specialty popcorn in my car when leaving. I took my Prius C into Toy Doctor (who I regularly use) after my dashboard read, "Check hybrid system. Stop the vehicle in a safe place immediately." I appreciated Aaron's transparency with all of the problems that it could be, with the worst case being that it may need an inverter. That would be extremely expensive. By the end of the day, I found out that it was just a clogged vent leading to the hybrid battery, which was very inexpensive to fix. I was so struck by their honesty. I highly recommend the Toy Doctor in Littleton!

Took Lexus RX,350 in for tire rotation and balance. They took me back into shop to show me a bad tire which I kinda figured was the issue and actually cleaned the rim with alcohol because some of stick on weights had come off. Not even Lexus Does that!! Price is fair, work is done quickly and I'm going back instead of driving 25-30 miles to Lexus for subpar work. Thanks Toy Doctor.

These guys are great. Before coming to thier shop, I went to another mechanic who was highly recommended. After 2 attempts (aka experiments) to "fix" my problem, which would have cost me thousands, I went to Toy Doctors for a second opinion. They immediatly found the issue and fixed my truck. I now have a mechanic for life!

Toy Doctor in Littleton is the only mechanic I trust for my Toyota. They are kind, honest and will let you know what needs to be fixed, and they do not try to upsell you like a dealership service center will. Their prices are also very reasonable! I have been here twice now, and I have made them my new mechanic. I drive over 30 min to recieve Their Service. I love this place. The customer service is impeccable. They did an inspection and put my worries to ease. They let me know if any POTENTIAL issues that I should be on the lookout for in the future, (they werent pushy about selling further products which I appreciate) but most importantly reassured me that my car was driving fantastically. I have a 2012 Lexus ES and it drives better than it did when it came off of the lot in 2021. They really understood me, and took their time walking me through any confusion I had. Thanks you guys! Brian worked on my 2004 Prius recently after a failed emissions test, he was very honest about the work that needed to be done and the price was fair. Dropped my car off right when they opened and had it back before the end of the day, and passed emissions! I also spoke with Bill on the phone and he was very helpful and honest about what I needed to do. Car is running much smoother now and I’m very happy, definitely will be coming here for any future work, and will be recommending this place. Thanks again!

Last year, Toy Doctor came up big by replacing my stolen catalytic converters so quickly a planned trip wasn’t interrupted. Last week, they performed another service quickly and professionally. They are in a tough position because they are often the bearers of bad news, but I think they do a good job when they are fixing auto problems.

Great service as always, only a bit of oil on my garage floor after the oil change. Was coming from a loose drain plug. Tightened it up, wiped off the oil and seems to be OK at this point.

Great and trustworthy shop. I've had my transmission replaced by them a few years ago and have no problems since. I recently took my truck in to get a drain and fill on the transmission and I paid less than originally quoted due to the labor not taking as long. Definitely appreciate the honesty they have.

Wow!! this place was something else. I have owned many cars over 20 years and I have been to many repair shops and let me tell you why this place sticks out like a sore thumb. I went there to get a diagnosis on what weird sounds my car was making and I had just told the service desk personnel this and when I went on a test drive before repairs with the service tech he was telling me in detail his thoughts and how he will diagnose and see what he comes back with in detail. In short he did just that and the tech seemed to be so tuned to what he was doing and he explained to me his findings and the service advisor, Brian was also very meticulous in explaining their findings. Nothing more or nothing less and I was not blown away by the numbers as it was exactly what I was expecting. In short, this place is filled with knowledge as many people who work there have worked in dealerships so they know the manufacturers(Lexus/Toyota) recommendations but aren't here to charge you those prices. Leverage their knowledge and get back on the road to wherever life takes you next.

They emailed me everything they recommended to be done, with attached price for all services recommended. They asked for my approval so there were no surprises. Dropped off my truck in the morning before work. They even gave me a ride to work and offered to arrange for me to get picked up as well. Overall great experience.

Battery died. Jump start didn't work. Took battery to shop and left it for charging, which didn't work either Toy Doctor technician came to home with new battery and installed it at no charge. Recent "good customer" rebate reduced cost by 50%. Doesn't get any better than that.

I don't go to Toy Doctors for the cheapest fix. They're not. I go because they've consistently performed complete, well done repairs on my 12 Sequoia. It must last until 25, at least; 300k miles. Why, because the 23 sequoia still has motor issues. I don't want to buy bleeding edge. That means the diagnoses, repairs and advisories must be consistent with that goal. I'm confident Toy Doctors will get us to that line. If I wasn't, wouldn't use them. They're really good folks. I trust them. I owned auto auctions for 40 years. I know imposters.

Brian asked if I would help by writing a review months ago. I would have gladly done it right away had it not slipped my memory. They were awesome to deal with and I feel like the price was fair. I generally try to do maintenance and small repairs myself, but I needed some major engine work this time around. I was initially impressed that after every repair, Brian would drive the car for 10 to 15 miles to ensure the fix was qualified. They had to keep it for more repairs than anticipated and I’m grateful he spent the time working out the kinks. I’ve been driving my 4runner for a few months now since the repairs, and it’s running like a dream. What actually motivated me to write the review is that I took my engine cover off for the first time to do a minor unrelated repair. I was filled with joy to discover that they replaced all the zip ties and shoddy plumbing ring clamps I’ve added over the years with factory oem retaining clips and clamps, even outside of what they worked on. It looks like a brand new engine. I work construction for a living and have a pretty good eye for when people take pride in their work. These guys exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much!

I went into the shop semi-knowing what needed to be fixed on my car. They gave me a fair quote for the work and did a fantastic job repairing my car using OEM parts. Our family has driven Toyota vehicles for years now and after our first trip to Toy Doctor we will not take our cars to another repair shop. Im sure you’ll find more affordable repairs around town but if you want your Toyota/Lexus repaired the correct way I highly advise going to Toy Doctor!

Been doing business with them for several years now. Honest about what I need and what I don’t. They help me prepare for future work on an older vehicle. They also did some custom work on my 22 year old Taco as a favor and I fell I love with my pickup all over again. After market supercharger from magnison added 25% to the hp. They took my car in quickly then called too explain what was needed. I was shocked at the estimate. But after Ben explained if I didn't have the Driver Chain cover replaced that my engine could seize up from the silicone gasket leaking. I felt better knowing this and he had checked everything else making sure my car was drivable and safe and assured me my car would last a long while even though it is 22 years old. I am pleased at their honesty and courtesy the provided.

My 15 year old FJ Cruiser started making a strange grinding noise when I would drive slowly while turning. I took the car into Toy Doctor in the late Fall for that and other maintenance. They thought they found and solved the noise. It ended up not being solved so I took it back to them a few weeks later. They told me how hard it is to find noises but they got cracking on the case. Later that day they called and the mystery was solved! No charge! That is customer service!!!!

If your looking for a quality shop that does amazing work, then i would highly recommend Toy Doctor. Great service and quality work. I have 3 Toyotas and i won't take my cars anywhere else. First time bringing my 4runner to Toy Doctor since moving to thre area and 1000% satisfied. Ive been going to another establishment that I've trusted but knew it was time to find a place closer to home. I had a few issues and they were professional, helpful and completely honest about the issues at hand. Thre really spent some serious time getting to the root of the problem with my backseat not folding down. After several techs and numerous hours it was a dime wedged between the metal. I will continue bringing my vehicle here and would recommend Toy Doctor to anyone going forward. Thank you for all your hard work!!!

Service was fine but the advisors were very cold and not very friendly. They didn’t even ask my name when I made the appointment. They barely asked why I was making the appointment. They didn’t even go over anything they found regarding the service, thankfully the techs wrote notes so I have an idea of somethings I need to keep an eye out for. Fairly disappointing.

I had rats chew though the wiring behind the dash of my 1997, 40th anniversary Land Cruiser. The heat and air conditioning weren’t working making my truck the most expensive paper weight in the world. In addition, several of the components that operate the climate control had corrosion and weren’t working. This is the rarest 80 series there is. It is next to impossible to find the parts for the climate control. My local shop where I have spent 10’s of thousands of dollars wouldn’t even touch it. Shannon, Artie and Jimbo went to hell and back for me to get my pride and joy back on the road. I can’t thank you guys enough. Paul

We have used them in the past and have been very happy. I took our 2005 Subaru there this time for a detailed check as the car is moving out of state and being driven by my newly independent daughter. They could have talked me into many things knowing the purpose, but called and basically told me they couldn't find anything wrong other than a couple of lights out, oil change, etc that I knew. I opted for brake service because it was getting close to needing new pads. They continued to tell me how nice it was that I was doing it before needed. Highly recommend for honesty. Prices seem fair. Also prior to this, they provided advice and help dealing with another shop who had done extensive work on the car and some of that work needed fixing. I was able to secure some refund by the previous shop.

Service manager, Ace, is punctual, kind, and professional. I was impressed with the speed these auto garage mechanics were able to get my Subaru into the shop, diagnose the problems, itemized the necessary fixes, and continued with priority recommendations with associated service and parts cost. Then, were gracious enough to let me store my immovable vehicle for 24hours while I figured out what my next move had to be. I love these auto garage mechanics and management!
